Our Process

Whether it is a single room or an entire structure, a residential, commercial or industrial loss, Apex Restoration has the trained and certified technicians with the knowledge and expertise to ensure drying is done properly.

The drying process has to be completed before you can complete the restoration process. If the structure isn’t completely dry before new work begins, it can lead to expensive problems with mold and mildew, or require extra time in the reconstruction process.

Our drying process is controlled and systematic. There are two stages of property damage; primary and secondary. Primary damage is the result of the contact with the water. Secondary damage is the result of rising relative humidity within the property or simply moisture traveling to unaffected areas. Secondary damage can usually be prevented by a speedy response from a professional restoration contractor.

After the initial emergency response, Apex Restoration technicians return to the property on a regular basis to closely monitor the drying process. By taking moisture readings of the affected materials, relative humidity and air temperature, we can optimize the drying time by ensuring the drying system is balanced. When the readings reach their pre-loss, safe levels, the drying process is complete and the property is dry.
